Jungle HQ is located in the heart of Prahran, within the iconic Chapel Street precinct. With public transport running along Chapel and High Streets, the gym is easily accessible, with plenty of street parking available nearby.

The Lagoon Membership includes access to our traditional sauna and ice bath facilities. The membership is the greatest bang for buck for those who wish to participate in regular sauna and recovery sessions.
Pretty much, yes! We offer early and late booking times to cater for those with busy work schedules.
Absolutely not! However sauna and cold water therapy is just like fitness and should be gradually built up over time when it comes to intensity and duration. It is very important you remain hydrated with adequate water and or electrolytes before, during, and after recovery sessions.
Once you're a member, you'll get access to our Jungle HQ mobile app where you can easily book your preferable recovery time. Your booking notify's us and the sauna is scheduled to be hot for your arrival.
Sauna memberships can be purchased for 3, 6, or 12 month contracts. For those not wanting to commit to membership may prefer purchasing a recovery 10 pack or PAYG with casual bookings.
Our sauna is a traditional Finnish sauna which includes throwing water on hot rocks. Infrared sauna often only reaches approximately 60 degrees celsius, where as traditional sauna reaches temperatures of 80 degrees and higher.
Yes! We allow for up to 3 people in the Lagoon area at one time. Each person is required to purchase either a membership or credit.
Our ice bath is set between 1-4 degrees boasting the coldest temperatures around and is permanently filtered and cleaned for you sanitation. All users of the cold plunge must utilise the hygiene shower being getting in, especially when used in conjunction with the sauna.
